Dodgy plumbing needs fixed

We all too often get a call from a new customer because their previous plumber has let them down.

And that is exactly what happened recently when we were called out because of a leak behind the bathroom sink.  On closer inspection we saw what can only be described as a ‘very dodgy’ looking basin trap.  Low and behold, this was what was causing the leak into the flat below.  We fixed the issue by fitting the correct type of basin trap and the customer can now brush their teeth knowing that the water that runs down the plug hole will not then be leaking into their neighbours home.
