Emergency Plumber Case Study
We were called by a panicked customer who had broken their hot tap in the downstairs bathroom and scorching hot water was gushing out of the tap. We calmly guided over the phone to stop the water supply to the hot tap before asking a few quick and easy questions about the tap itself. We identified what style of tap it was and were at the customers door asap to replace the tap gland and turn back on the water supply to the tap.
We checked to make sure that the new part was working properly.
