We were called by a customer to investigate a leak which had taken down the neighbours ceiling
To investigate we removed the shower screen and bath. We then lifted the flooring under the bath and traced the leak to a holed supply pipe.
Once the pipe was repaired we refitted the bath and screen and cleaned up the debris downstairs.
All this was a achieved in the same day and was mostly covered by insurance.
